3. Touch screen control system
With 7" touch screen display and PLC programming system, you can choose the working mode of different raw materials. The operation is simple, fast and highly intelligent.
4. One click start and stop
Click automatic operation to complete the heating of raw materials, start the hydraulic station and start the machine. When the working conditions are met, the machine will run automatically. Click close, the machine stops heating, the hydraulic station stops working, and automatic stop function to reset state.
5. Bias voltage protection
During the automatic operation of the machine, if the pressure difference on both sides exceeds the allowable range, the machine will automatically stop operation to avoid uneven mixing caused by excessive pressure difference.
6. Low temperature protection
During the automatic operation of the machine, when the temperature of raw materials fails to meet the working requirements, the machine will be temporarily stopped to avoid uneven mixing due to low temperature.

Different heating modes can be selected according to different seasons and construction ambient temperatures to make the heating mode more reasonable, accurate, fast and high heat utilization.
8. Hydraulic drive
The hydraulic station provides output energy, pressure stability is higher and power is stronger, which is not affected by seasons.
9.Imported accessories
Adopt the original imported plunger pump and solenoid valve, with high energy conversion rate, stable performance and durability.
10. Normal construction in cold season
The heater on one side of the main engine is heated by six cylinders, and the pipeline heating adopts 3500W isolation transformer, which has high power, high efficiency and uniform heating.
