Introduction of Electric Battery Locomotive

All of our mining locomotives for subterranean mines have MA certifications ( safety certification for mining products).
In the meanwhile, we were certified by ISO9001:2000 in 2005 and ISO9001:2008 in 2009.

Locomotives are designed to accommodate customer requirements for tunneling,mining and other operations.

We have IGBT stepless speed regulating system, pure hydraulic drive system, AC variable-frequency governor.

Chassis
Constructed in welded steel and suspended by leaf springs on grease bearing seats with tapered roller bearings.
Speed Control
In order to achieve continuous and stepless speed regulation, they have an electronic speed controller with high reliability.
Brakes
Mechanical brake to the four wheels by brake shoes.
Sanders
Pneumatic sanding system to the rails.
Battery
The battery housing is constructed in steel plating with an interior anti-acid covering. Each device has 45pcs series storage lead-acid batteries.
Buffers and motor suspension
The locomotive has two buffers with springs shock absorbers to achieve complete shock absorption against collisions.
Equally, the motor is suspended from the chassis by a brace with springs.
